This Warranty Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) and incorporates the terms and conditions set forth therein. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Warranty Policy have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
Warranty coverage for each piece is assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GUZEMA Fine Jewelry.
This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches resulting from normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications made by a third party outside of GUZEMA Fine Jewelry. This may include, without limitation, missing stones, broken chains, bent bands, and other damage caused by misuse or external alteration.

Important
- Items purchased through third-party vendors, including retailers other than guzema.com and GUZEMA Fine Jewelry stores, are not covered under the GUZEMA Fine Jewelry warranty. Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.
- We do not recommend having GUZEMA pieces resized, repaired, or otherwise worked on by outside jewelers, as this may void eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund if a defect develops as a result of such work.
- Please note that, in some cases, we may request that a defective piece be returned to us for inspection and quality review.
- Promotional products may be excluded from this Warranty Policy.
- Our jewelers will carefully assess your piece to determine the cause of damage and the most appropriate course of action. We also offer repair services for GUZEMA Fine Jewelry pieces. Please submit your request through the Contact Us form or bring your piece to a store so we can assess the damage and provide a repair quote.
Warranty Against Defects
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”), provided the product was purchased through guzema.com. If a defect arises and a valid claim, including photo documentation, is received within the Warranty Period, we may, at our discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new product of comparable value and function.
Any repaired or replacement product provided under this policy will be warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, whichever is longer. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the original product becomes ours. If a refund is issued, the refunded product becomes our property.
