This warranty policy (the “Warranty Policy”) shall constitute an integral part of Our Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) and incorporates all defined terms and conditions set forth in the “Agreement.” Any terms that are not defined in this Warranty Policy shall have the meaning given in the Agreement.

Each piece of jewelry is covered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY.

We work with top manufacturers to create responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. 

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, which can include, but is not limited to the following: missing stones, chain breaks, bent bands, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to Your product done by a third party outside of GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY.

  • Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of and/or GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY stores) are not covered under GUZEMAʼS FINE JEWELRY warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
  • We do not recommend having Our products worked on by outside jewelers, as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
  • Please note that in order for Us to continue improving, We may require any defective piece to be sent back to Us for inspection and quality auditing.
  • Promotional products may be excluded from Our Warranty Policy.
  • Our team of jewelers will thoroughly assess Your piece to determine the cause of damage and best course of action to repair the piece. We are thrilled to offer a repair service for Our GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY pieces. Please submit any requests via the Contact Us form or bring Your piece into a store, so We can assess the damage and provide You with a quote for the repair.

Warranty Against Defects

We warrant Our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when the product is purchased through the Site. If a defect arises and a valid claim with photo is received by Us within the Warranty Period, at our option, We will repair the product or exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product. We warrant repaired products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes Your property and the product becomes Our property. When a refund is given, the product becomes Our property.
