This returns and exchanges policy (the “Returns and Exchanges Policy”) shall constitute an integral part of Our Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) and incorporates all defined terms and conditions set forth in the “Agreement.” Any terms that are not defined in this Returns and Exchanges Policy shall have the meaning given in the Agreement.

Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving Your order. Refund requests are subject to approval by GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY, and We reserve the right to refuse a refund at Our sole discretion. Jewelry must be unworn and in new condition and contain all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork.

Exchange Policy

Eligible items can be exchanged for another item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving Your order. Exchange requests are subject to approval by GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY, and We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at Our sole discretion. Jewelry must be unworn and in new condition and contain all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork.

Canceling an Order

If You wish to cancel Your order, please reach out to Us through Our Contact Us form within 24 hours of placing your order. 
Please note that Our orders are fulfilled quickly, and once the package is shipped, We won’t be able to process the cancellation request. 

Please note, after 14 (fourteen) calendar days We no longer accept returns or exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Pieces repaired by external jewelers are not eligible for repairs and returns. 
  • We do not replace or refund lost or stolen jewelry.

Exchanging a Gift

If You received a piece as a gift, You may exchange it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the purchaser receiving the order. Exchange requests are subject to approval by GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY, and We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at Our sole discretion. Jewelry must be unworn and in new condition and contain all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork.

Initiating a Return

  • Mail Your pieces back to Us: to initiate an online return, please submit a Contact Us form and Our team will reach out to You with next steps. 
  • Stop by one of Our shops: if it’s easier for You to stop by one of Our shops, bring Your pieces in to complete Your return or exchange.

Return Shipping

GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY is not responsible for return shipping costs. When shipping an item for return or exchange, You shall be responsible for all costs and fees associated with shipping. When shipping an item for return or exchange, We recommend using a trackable shipping service. GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY cannot guarantee that We will receive Your returned item, and We are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours of Your package being delivered to Us. For refunds or exchanges, You will receive a confirmation email with Your tracking information to the email address and/or device linked to Your original purchase.
