This returns and exchanges policy (the “Returns and Exchanges Policy”) shall constitute an integral part of Our Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) and incorporates all defined terms and conditions set forth in the “Agreement.” Any terms that are not defined in this Returns and Exchanges Policy shall have the meaning given in the Agreement.

Every GUZEMA piece is made to last. If something is not right, we will make it so.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork with the tag attached.
Return shipping is complimentary. Once your return is authorized, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Gift cards, both physical and digital, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original packaging with the tag attached. All exchanges are subject to approval.
If you wish to exchange for a higher-value piece, the difference in price will be charged accordingly.
Exchange shipping is complimentary. A prepaid label will be provided upon authorization.
Received a piece as a gift? Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of the original delivery date, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry
- Jewelry repaired by external jewelers
- Lost or stolen jewelry
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
International Orders
International orders are those shipped outside of the United States, Canada and the European Union.
If your order is held or refused at customs, please arrange for it to be returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed upon receipt, with any customs duties and related fees deducted from the refund amount.
