Yes. Our stylists can help with gifts, milestones, sizing, materials, and styling ideas.

Q: Can I book a virtual appointment?

Yes. You can connect with a GUZEMA stylist online to explore the collections from anywhere.

Q: Can I request engraving for my piece?

Yes. Engraving is available on selected GUZEMA pieces. Our stylists can answer any questions about engraving options and arrange the service, typically completed within three days.

Q: Can I pick up my online order at the boutique?

Yes. Selected online orders can be picked up at our SoHo boutique.

Q: What should I do if I am running late?

We hold scheduled appointment times for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, depending on stylist availability.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. You can cancel your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. To reschedule, please book a new appointment or contact us for assistance. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate advance notice so we can offer the time to another client.
