This returns and exchanges policy (the “Returns and Exchanges Policy”) shall constitute an integral part of Our Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) and incorporates all defined terms and conditions set forth in the “Agreement.” Any terms that are not defined in this Returns and Exchanges Policy shall have the meaning given in the Agreement.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork. The tag must remain attached to the jewelry for the item to be eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for authorization.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable and secure shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
- The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the payment provider’s processing times.
International Returns & Customs Fees:
- If the order has already reached customs in the recipient’s country, the customer must arrange for it to be returned to our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed only after the jewelry is received at our warehouse, with return shipping fees, customs duties, and any related costs deducted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry.
- Jewelry that has been repaired by external jewelers.
- Lost or stolen jewelry.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. The tag must remain attached to the jewelry for the item to be eligible for return.
- Exchanges are subject to approval by GUZEMA FINE JEWELRY at our sole discretion.
- If an exchange is requested for a different item of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
Gift Exchanges:
If you received a piece as a gift, you may exchange it within 14 days from the date the original order was delivered.
- The jewelry must meet all eligibility criteria for an exchange.
- The exchange request must be initiated by the gift recipient with proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refused Shipments at Customs:
If a customer refuses delivery while the package is held at customs in the recipient’s country:
- The order may be refunded only after the jewelry is returned to our warehouse.
- All shipping fees, customs duties, and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
