Your order will be delivered to you for free via one of the following international delivery companies: DHL, DPD, FEDEX. The delivery time ranges from 3 to 28 days depending on the country and availability of the purchased item.

Please, note that the recipient’s country can charge the package for taxes that have to be paid by the recepient. More detailed information about it can be found out by contacting local customs authorities.

In case of charging duties and taxes, the recipient will receive a notification (SMS message and/or email) from the customs authorities or the delivery company.

Delivery via USA is possible by FEDEX delivery.


Exchange, return and guarantee service

The guarantee is unlimited, it is provided for jewelry made of gold with the Authenticity certificate. Silver jewels and jewelry with the rope are not covered by the guarantee.

Guarantee service includes:

  • elimination of defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer;

  • repair of minor damage in the presence of all elements of the jewelry and preservation of the integrity of its shape (breakage of the chain, detachment of the club / heart / other element of the jewelry, defects in the clasp or magnet);

  • free cleaning option.

Guarantee service is also provided for an additional fee if the textile or leather elements require repair, the jewelry has defects or damage resulting from misuse or careless handling (bumps, dents, mechanical damage to the chain, significant deformation of the jewelry, loss of jewelry elements, diamond falling out of jewelry, etc).

Delivery costs will be covered by the customer.

We want your jewelry to keep its original look for as long as possible, so we advise you to follow the Jewelry Care Guide which is attached to the certificate.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, goods that are not subject to exchange or return include jewelry made from precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semi-precious stones.
